thisisnotamixtape is a blog established in the summer of 2008 that delivers monthly mixsets by self-proclaimed Bedroom DJ/Mix Composer ISNT.

The mixsets strive to be as untraditional as possible, showcasing underground tracks —be they original or remixes— with a dash of popular sensibility, to retain some familiarity to them. They all have the peculiarity that, rather than following a certain style of music, they’ll follow a common emotional or thematic thread.
